Kingdom Bank uses Zivver for sending privacy-sensitive information securely.

Starting on 8 May 2023, Kingdom Bank will use Zivver to securely send sensitive information. This way, we can guarantee that we send information using the latest security measures, ensuring that only you can read the contents of the email.

How can you access a securely sent message?

Did you receive a secure email from Kingdom Bank? If so, you can open this message by clicking the blue link that says, ‘Click for message’. When you do, the secure Zivver environment will automatically open. To access the message, you must insert an access code or an SMS code. The following guides will help you read your message.

Opening a message with an access code

If you have received a secure message, we want to be certain that only you can read it. We may have previously provided you with an access code, which could have been via regular mail, by phone, or in person. Click on ‘Click for message’ and insert this access code. You can now read the message. If you have not received your access code, please contact us on 0115 921 7260.

Opening a message with an SMS code

In the event that we need to send information to you securely, we will use a secure method whereby you receive a code on your mobile telephone. If you have received a message that is secured with an SMS code, we want to be certain that only you can read it. Click on ‘Click for message’ and then click ‘Send SMS’. Insert the code that you have received on your phone. You can now read the message. This code is used only once, and you will use a different code each time, which means you do not need to remember anything. In the unlikely event of someone seeing the code sent to your telephone, it cannot be re-used giving you peace of mind. 

Want to respond to an email that was sent via Zivver?

You read the message that was sent via Zivver on a secure web page. If you want to respond to the message, you can do so on this page. Click ‘Reply’, and you can type your message in the editor window. You can also add attachments if needed using the ‘Add attachments’ (paper clip) button. Click ‘Send’ to send your reply. When the recipient of your message responds, you will receive another notification message.

Inform us of changes in your email address and phone number

It is very important that you immediately inform us of changes in your email address or mobile phone number. That way, we can keep communicating securely with you. Please inform our Account Management Team at Kingdom Bank when such changes occur.
