Community Housing Mortgage

Mortgages funding restoration and hope.

Mortgages funding restoration and hope.

Across the UK, Christians have been at the heart of providing support for vulnerable and socially disadvantaged people for centuries. We lend to churches and Christian charities dedicated to sharing the Christian faith. This includes organisations that seek to purchase housing for refugees, asylum seekers, adults with disabilities, and those who have left prison or abusive situations, as part of their mission to provide compassionate care rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ.

YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

Commercial mortgages are not currently regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and therefore do not have the same protections as regulated personal mortgages. Please contact us for more details if required.

Customer Story

Beth’s church started a project five years ago to reach out to vulnerable, often homeless women in their area.  A Community Housing Mortgage from Kingdom Bank helped Beth’s church to buy a house in which these women could live, recover and receive support from the charity and social workers.
