Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing and Business Development Team at our offices in Beeston, Nottingham. The nature of this role is such that there
is an Occupational Requirement for the successful applicant to be a committed Christian.

The Bank is a close-knit and hard-working team of around 50 people. Role

We are seeking a data and results driven Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence and
drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will demonstrate your skills across several digital marketing disciplines. Focusing on email marketing and content creation, you will be both creative and analytically minded.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has experience of:
• Planning and executing email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Utilising data-driven insights to optimise marketing activity and improve results.
• Writing compelling and persuasive marketing copy for various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media posts.

You will report to our Digital Marketing Manager, have a collaborative mindset and work across teams and departments to deliver our business and marketing goals.

Hours of Employment

35 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

27 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays), with the opportunity to purchase an additional five days’ holiday per annum.

Place of Employment

Role to be based at the Bank’s office: Media House, Padge Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2RS.  Remote working arrangements by agreement in accordance with the Bank’s flexible working policy. There is an expectation of at least two office-based days per month for this role.

Remuneration Package

Salary, dependent on skills and experience, between £30,000 to £35,000.
Salary sacrifice pension scheme: 9% of salary on an unmatched basis and up to 4% of total salary on a matched basis.
Other benefits in accordance with the Bank’s People Policy on completion of probation, including travel loan scheme, electric vehicle salary sacrifice leasing scheme, payroll giving scheme, additional holiday purchase, private medical insurance and death in service benefit.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our Information, Technology and Systems team at our offices in Beeston, Nottingham.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced project administrator to support delivery of projects to enable the Bank to develop and expand its services to UK evangelical churches, charities and Christians. This role will be an 18-month fixed term contract.

As a project professional, your knowledge of project best practice and skills in project administration will support the Bank’s Chief Information Officer, Project Manager and operational team members in the delivery of a significant and exciting programme of change over the next 18 months. Collaboration will be key as you seek to serve the business needs of the Bank and the needs of project stakeholders.

You’ll be an excellent and confident written and verbal communicator, with exceptional organisational skills and an eagle eye for detail.

Hours of Employment

35 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Role

A detail-oriented data focused individual, responsible for owning the data estate, analysing and
interpreting data and providing insights to the business. You will be responsible for the continued
development of our business-wide integrated reporting strategy, suggesting upgrades/updates
as necessary which will ensure embedded success.

You are expected to work closely with the CIO and other business leaders and heads of teams to
drive continued excellence through the design and generation of reports, as well as work with the
business analyst to identify trends and patterns to help improve business operations by driving
efficiency. You will also be instrumental in the success of any data migration processes, as we
seek to drive business growth.
