Updating your details with our Mobile App

Once you’ve logged in, select the ‘menu’ button in the bottom-right corner. To view your current details, click ‘Personal details’.

  • To update your personal details, click ‘Secure messages’.
  • Click ‘Create Message’ and select which details you would like to update.
  • Fill out the message template and send.
  • We will be in touch if there are any issues with your request.
