Reporting fraud

Seek advice

If you believe you have received a fraudulent Kingdom Bank communication, you should first contact Kingdom Bank to report this. When contacting the Bank visit www.kingdom.bank or call 0115 921 7250.

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Do not use contact details provided on the fraudulent communication, as this may also be untrustworthy.

You should also forward a copy of the fraudulent email to our designated phishing inbox report.phishing@kingdom.bank.

If you are not a Kingdom Bank customer, you should contact your own bank for guidance.
