We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in our Account Management Team. You will be the “frontline” of our Bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with communicating with different types of clients and be able to offer the Bank’s products and services. You will be organised and able to multitask with ease. Previous experience is not necessary but being familiar with basic banking and office software (e.g. MS Office), including Word and Excel would be advantageous. One of your core duties will include processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The principal business of the Bank consists of mortgage and secured lending to churches and charities that provide practical help and support to people in need both physically and spiritually. In conjunction with this the Bank provides a range of savings and investment accounts, designed to be the natural choice for churchgoers and an insurance broking service specialising in churches and charities.
