Got a question?
We're here to help!
Can Kingdom Bank change the interest rate?
Yes. As this account pays a variable rate of interest, it can change over time – the general terms and conditions explain how this happens.
We will always let you know any planned changes to the rate. For example, we may review our interest rates if the Bank of England base rate changes.
How do I manage my account?
Deposits can be added at any time by online banking, standing order or post.
To register for internet banking, click here and select the ‘Register’ button.
Information can be requested via online banking or over the phone. If you would like to make a withdrawal, this can be arranged via online banking, over the phone or by post.
All withdrawals must be made to an account in the same name.
Can I withdraw money?
Yes. You can make withdrawals from this account by giving 120 days’ notice and there is no charge for doing so.
On request, we may permit withdrawal at shorter notice. This is at the Bank’s discretion and there will be a charge in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
You can either request a withdrawal via online banking, through telephone banking or by sending a letter/withdrawal request in the post.
All withdrawals must be made to a UK account in the same name.
No charges apply to this account (except for those referred to in our terms and conditions, where we permit early withdrawal at our discretion with charges on transfer before notice period served).
What would the estimated balance be after 12 months?
If you deposit £10,000 when you open the account, the balance after 12 months will be £10,375.00.
