Together we are working hard to ensure we can provide the best support to our customers and our staff.
One of our key priorities has been to ensure our staff team are safe and remain healthy so please accept my apology if you have waited slightly longer than normal for us to respond to you. I am pleased to say that we have implemented remote working arrangements for the majority of the team and continue to iron out the last few challenges this has created.
Email is perhaps the best way to communicate with us currently but please ensure you do not quote any secure information via this method, we can call you to obtain what we need and have a small team in the office dealing with post etc.
Should you wish to phone please can you utilise these direct lines to our different teams to reduce pressure on our switchboard.
If you are one of our borrowers and need to discuss your mortgage, then please contact as soon as you are able by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone 0115 921 7260. We will discuss with you the most appropriate way of helping you. Our Savings and Insurance teams are also here to help both with existing accounts and policies and any changes that maybe required.
