These are customers who support our mission to change lives for good by providing their money in savings accounts and borrowing to help people both spiritually and physically.
You will lead our team processing day to day transactions and delivering customer needs. Your team will manage and maintain borrowing customers, ensuring payments are maintained and our information base is robust. The team will also manage customer savings accounts. You will have responsibility for maintaining procedures and ensuring accurate efficient use of systems to process transactions.
You will participate in the management of the business as part of the Executive Committee ensuring existing customers are properly served in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
