Making a claim.

Nobody wants claims to occur but it’s inevitable that they will and here at Kingdom Bank we are committed to make it as easy and pain-free as possible. Always contact us as soon as possible and we will guide you through the whole process.

Remember – do not respond to any correspondence from a potential claimant or their representatives and never admit liability. We will advise you of any necessary steps to take to ensure you do the right thing and we will keep you updated with progress.

A recent story

One of our clients had a water leak in the church kitchen. We worked closely with them together with an appointed Loss Adjuster to ensure progress was made in a timely fashion. Of course drying out takes time, so we reviewed the position on a weekly basis to agree when the restoration work could start.The whole process went according to plan and our client soon had their church back, just as it should be.
